Proprietary knowledge and technical information regarding the design and construction of the SafeWells software obtained by user, its employees, servants or agents shall be held confidential and shall not be divulged by user, its employees, servants or agents to any person, firm or corporation.

Expro Well Services does not promise or guarantee the results of any reports produced when using SafeWells.

Any conditions, warranties or representations made or implied relating to the accuracy of the results obtained, interpretations made, conclusions drawn or any matters reported in connection with the use of the SafeWells software system are hereby disclaimed.
